Walkthrough

1. Step 01

   Talk to Duke Horacio

   Duke Horacio in Lumbridge Castle has an odd talisman he would rather someone else took responsibility for.

2. Step 02

   Deliver the talisman

   Take the air talisman to the Head Wizard in the Wizards' Tower.

3. Step 03

   Hear him out

   Talk to the Head Wizard about what the talisman actually is.

4. Step 04

   Run the package to Varrock

   Deliver the research package to Aubury in Varrock.

5. Step 05

   Collect the notes

   Talk to Aubury in Varrock once he has read the package.

6. Step 06

   Return the research

   Carry the research notes back to the Head Wizard.

7. Step 07

   Unlock Runecrafting

   A final word with the Head Wizard in the Wizards' Tower unlocks Runecrafting and the Rune Essence Mine.
