RuneScape, recreated in Minecraft
All 42 of them, grouped by what they are for, and thousands of hours of game between them: our most-played account has 12,500 on it. The larger ones have a page of their own.
Progression
The long game. Skills, quests, slayer and everything that ratchets upward.
Slayer
8 slayer mastersEight slayer masters with their own assignment pools, a 39-item slayer reward shop and a wilderness-only master.
Turael assigns from 66 monsters, Krystilia 37 in the wilderness, Raff 18, Sumona 15, Achtryn 14, Vannaka 14, Catolax 10 and Spria 3. Slayer points buy from a 39-item reward shop including bonecrusher necklaces, rune pouch upgrades and cursed weapons, and your task history is tracked alongside.
Full details →Construction Islands
6 house portalsEvery player gets a private, persistent island world they build on and can open to visitors.
Every player gets a private world of their own, auto-saved every ten minutes, with /visit and /leave so other players can drop in. A hammer-driven place and destroy loop, a sawmill, a storage chest, teleport tabs and six house portals (Rimmington, Taverley, Pollnivneach, Rellekka, Brimhaven, Yanille) complete the skill.
Full details →Collection Log
3 log categoriesA three-tab log that records boss drops, clue rewards and other uniques, paying 500 Exploration XP per new entry.
The log fills itself as you play, taking monster drops, casket rewards, barrows chest loot and the fire cape and filing each under Bosses, Clue scrolls or Others. A first-time entry announces itself and pays 500 Exploration XP, so the log is worth chasing rather than just recording. Boss drops are grouped by what dropped them and clue rewards by difficulty.
Full details →Agility Courses and Arena
21 agility courses21 agility courses, 65 shortcuts and a ticket-based agility arena.
Courses span Gnome Stronghold, Al Kharid, Varrock, Canifis, Falador, Seers’ Village and Draynor rooftops, Barbarian Stronghold, the Agility Pyramid, the wilderness course and volcano, Mort’ton’s three difficulty tiers, and the training facility’s easy, medium and hard variants. 65 shortcuts gate travel on your Agility level, and the Agility Arena adds a moving-pillar ticket game with fall damage.
Full details →Ironman Modes
3 ironman modesStandard, Hardcore and Ultimate ironman, each with its own chat icon and stripped-back ruleset.
Three variants: ironman, hardcore and ultimate. Ironman switches off the Grand Exchange, player trading, the party room, the booster shop and vote parties, so everything you own you made. Hardcore adds a single life. Ultimate goes further again and takes banking away, with dedicated storage rules in its place.
Full details →Leagues and Seasons
2 seasons shippedRuneTale, the seasonal mode: a separate ruleset that inherits the main game and then changes the rules under you.
Season I layers 161 league tasks across six tiers onto the main game, with Runepoints, weekly rewards, tier rewards, boosted drop rates and its own scoreboard. Season II is in development and not yet released, and we are keeping what is in it to ourselves for now. It runs alongside the main game rather than instead of it, so you can play both and switch between them whenever you like, and a season resetting at its end leaves your main account untouched.
Full details →Quests
58 quests57 quests and 2,900 dialogue trees, from Cook’s Assistant to Dragon Slayer and the Fremennik Trials.
Quests run on a script format that keeps dialogue and NPCs in plain text, with 77 of them carrying extra custom logic for cutscenes, instanced boss fights and multi-stage puzzles. Named quests include Dragon Slayer, Demon Slayer, Lost City, The Grand Tree, Troll Stronghold, Fairy Tale I and II, Nature Spirit, Priest in Peril, Waterfall, Tree Gnome Village, Murder Mystery, Animal Magnetism and the Fremennik Trials.

Ten impling species (baby, young, gourmet, earth, essence, eclectic, nature, magpie, ninja, dragon) spawn both in the overworld and inside Puro-Puro, which has its own gates, spawns and teleport.
Full details →Rotating skill jobs generated from the live game, cancellable for exploration points.
Assignments are drawn from what the game actually contains: crafting, fletching, runecrafting, firemaking, cooking, smelting, smithing, potions, mining, fishing and monsters. A job therefore always points at something that exists. Partial completion costs one point and cancelling costs three, and Bedrock players get the same board.
Full details →Endgame
What you do once the ladder runs out.
Boss Roster
36 bosses36 monsters count as bosses, most of them with a purpose-built instanced lair and fight of their own.
King Black Dragon, Kalphite Queen, Kraken, Obor, Bryophyta, Dad, the Evil Chicken, the Creature and the Dagannoth Kings each get their own instance, so the fight is yours rather than a queue. Chaos Elemental, Venenatis, Scorpia, Giant Mole and the Corporeal Beast with its Dark Energy Core roam the open world instead. Quest bosses such as Elvarg, Delrith, Count Draynor, Tanglefoot and the Witch’s Experiment count as bosses too, and feed the boss collection log.
Full details →God Wars Dungeon
4 god bossesFour faction strongholds, four god bosses, and armour-based aggression inside one shared cave.
Armadyl, Bandos, Saradomin and Zamorak share one cave, and what you wear decides who attacks you: the faction whose colours you are not showing turns hostile. Each god has a stronghold gating the way in and a boss behind it, General Graardor, Kree’arra, Commander Zilyana and K’ril Tsutsaroth, each with their own named bodyguards.
Full details →Barrows
6 brothersSix brothers, six crypts, a tunnel network and a reward chest with a 21-item main table plus per-brother sets.
Six crypts, one for each brother, sit above a tunnel network with four spawns, four ropes and four gates. The reward chest rolls a 21-item main table plus five items per brother, and anything from the barrows armour or weapon sets is written into your boss collection log. Bob repairs the gear afterwards.
Full details →Fight Caves

Full details →Boss Slayer
5 boss tiersA separate boss-assignment track banded into five combat tiers with its own token shop.
Five boss tiers map a player's combat level onto a boss-level band (tier 1 covers combat 0-75 and bosses up to level 140; tier 5 is combat 121+ against bosses of level 333 and above). Full details →Treasure Trails

Beginner through master, each tier drawing rewards from between four and nine sub-tables. The step pool is genuinely written out rather than generated: 115 anagrams, 96 item-fetch clues, 84 chest riddles, 62 hot-cold spots, 43 map clues, 31 questions and 30 ciphers. Puzzle boxes, light boxes, beacons and casket prerolls all work as you would expect.

- 62 hot-cold locations spread across the whole 4,148 by 5,412 block map
- Clue rewards file into their own collection log tab, grouped by difficulty
- Casket opening got its own sound effects in the August 2026 audio pass
Boss Pets
9 boss petsNine boss pets bought with boss pet tokens, priced by rank.
The boss-pets shop lists pets for Dad, all three Dagannoth Kings, the Evil Chicken, the Giant Mole, the Kalphite Queen, the King Black Dragon and Obor. Wilderness PvP
6 wilderness zonesSix banded wilderness zones from level 10 to 60, with multi-combat opening at wilderness III.
Six zones numbered I to VI carry wilderness levels 10 through 60, and III upward is multi-combat. A ten-second PvP timer blocks teleporting and logging out once you take or deal damage, and pouches cannot be dropped inside. Gravestones, night vision, the six obelisks, Larran’s big chest, the Fountain of Rune, the Mage Arena bank and the Corporeal Beast cave gate all live up there.
Full details →Cave of the Ordeals
55 floorsA 55-floor endurance dungeon gated behind 18 quest points.
55 numbered floors, each with its own monster roster, door and arena, starting from three rats and escalating hard from there. Entry costs 18 quest points, and Ironman and league modes carry their own rules on death and access.
Systems
The machinery underneath: combat, trade, cross-play, drops.
Grand Exchange
A cross-server buy and sell order book with an item inbox, reachable from Java menus and native Bedrock forms alike.
A genuine order book rather than a shop counter: you set your own price, orders page 19 at a time, and an inbox tells you when yours fill. You can list an item straight out of your inventory, and noted items are converted back before the offer goes up. Bedrock players get the same exchange through native forms instead of chest menus.
Custom Resource Pack and 3D Models
222 3D models222 hand-made Blockbench creature models, 328 skins and a 7.2 MB resource pack players can switch between variants of.
Every monster, NPC and a good many props are hand-modelled, with their own textures, and 2,204 item definitions are compiled into the pack alongside them. Two variants ship, default and oldschool, and you can switch between them in game at any time.
In-house music synthesiser
We built our own synthesiser to produce the soundtrack.
The music you hear in game is produced on a synthesiser we wrote ourselves. It is what lets 640 tracks sound like one score rather than a playlist, and it is why a new region can get its own music without waiting on anybody else’s tooling.
Magic and Prayer
51 spells51 spells across combat, curse, alchemy, enchant and teleport lines, plus 27 prayers.
The spellbook covers the four elemental strike, bolt, blast and surge ladders, curses (confuse, weaken, enfeeble, stun, vulnerability, freeze, curse), low and high alchemy, superheat, bones to bananas and 16 teleports. Prayers run from Thick Skin up to Rigour, Augury and the three protection prayers, with a Holy Forge and a Prayer Sceptre alongside. Salamanders and enchantment tables have their own rules.
Full details →Tick-Based Combat
363 monster typesAn OSRS-style combat pipeline with hit chance rolls, accuracy/damage separation, critical hits and multi-combat rules.
Combat runs on a tick loop, with hit chance and damage rolled separately and critical hits on top. Special attacks, armour sets, durability and regeneration all sit alongside, and 363 monsters carry levels from 1 to 420 with 3,534 drop entries between them.
Full details →Cross-Play on Java and Bedrock
26 Bedrock interfacesEvery Java interface has a native Bedrock counterpart, so both clients share one world rather than one degrading to the other.
This is not a compatibility layer that degrades gracefully. Quests, skills, slayer, magic, prayer, smithing, crafting, brewing, cooking, equipment, jewellery, transmogs, shops, stock stores, the XP lamp, the jobs board, settings, the scoreboard, Tutorial Island and all three Grand Exchange screens each have a proper Bedrock version. Your client is detected on world entry and your spawn placement adjusts accordingly.
- Bedrock accounts link to a Java account in the lobby and inherit its stats
- An ease-of-access menu adds Bedrock-friendly navigation on top
- The lobby ships a separate Bedrock game definition and game selector
- Chest menus become native Bedrock forms rather than being emulated
In-Game Map and HUD

3534 drop entries3,534 configured drop entries across 363 monsters, plus a shared rare drop table and gem table.
Every monster carries its own drop list, with 37 shared tables covering the rare drop table, the gem table, Larran’s big chest, kalphite runes and the full clue-scroll reward matrix. Shared rolls are injected on top of the monster’s own, drops are announced in-game, and drop odds can be adjusted by boosts.

Places, hazards and the things that make a region feel like somewhere.
Warriors' Guild
7 armour tiersAnimated armour on six floors plus a token-gated cyclops room that drops defenders.
Seven armour tiers from bronze to rune can be animated on three altars and fought across six floors. Tokens earned there buy entry to the standard and upgraded cyclops rooms, which award the defender chain. The guild keeps its own death rules, separate from the overworld.

On top of that sit 18 exploration lodestones, five teleport levers, three jewellery teleport sets, teleport scrolls, construction teleport tabs and 16 teleport spells.

Full details →Karamja, Desert and Regional Hazards
Region-specific systems: desert heat, Karamja customs and cart network, Waterbirth, Trollheim and Mos Le'Harmless transport.
The desert drains players without protection, with beer as a partial resistance. Karamja adds customs checks, Luthas’ banana job, the hardwood grove and a cart network, and separate routes serve Waterbirth, Mos Le’Harmless and the Fremennik province. Death Plateau thrower trolls, the Taverley maze doors and a locked shed complete the region.
Social
Other people, and the reasons to care that they are there.
Duel Arena
6 arenasSix duelling arenas, three with obstacles, with item staking on both sides.
Six arenas, three with obstacles and three without. Duels are isolated: XP gain is suppressed, gravestones are off, and the loser’s stake transfers to the winner. Each side places a stake item and confirms before the gates open.
Party Room
35 max items per partyA shared drop party chest that fills the room with lootable balloons on a ten-second countdown.
Players load up to 35 items into the party room chest; a ten-second countdown then scatters balloons across the configured balloon volume for anyone in the room to pop. Three balloon models are used, and the whole feature is deliberately disabled on ironman worlds.
Leaderboards, Profiles and Milestones
Per-skill and total-XP leaderboards, a player profile page and broadcast milestones at levels 75, 90, 99, 110 and 120.
A cached board for every trainable skill plus overall XP. Milestones broadcast when a player passes level 75, 90, 99, 110 or 120 in a skill, or 50M, 100M and 200M XP. Your profile, skill progression, unlocks and the tab list show the same figures in-game.
Cosmetics and Transmogs
122 cosmetic items122 cosmetic items plus a transmog system that reskins gear without changing its stats.
